Manchester Industries leases 98,290 square feet at Access 77 in Richland County

Colliers | South Carolina and Magnus Development Group announces that Manchester Industries has leased 98,280 square feet at Access 77, a 210,600-square-foot speculative industrial building in Blythewood, within half a mile of Scout Motors’ manufacturing facility.

Manchester Industries is a key player in the paperboard converting sector, specializing in custom-sheeted paperboard products. Operations in Columbia are expected to begin in Q4 2025.

Access 77 has approximately 112,320 square feet remaining for lease.
